Can I add electrical and make it weather-resistant year-round?
Yes. Run surface-mounted conduit along the solid wood walls to bring power into the Solana — conduit clips fasten directly to the T&G wall surface. The roof can be insulated above the T&G boards, and the floor can be insulated between the joists from below, making the enclosed 80 sq ft space comfortable year-round with a small heater or mini-split. The 40 sq ft canopy area is already weather-protected by the roof overhang.
How long does assembly take?
Assembly takes 8–20 hours with two adults, a power drill and a few basic tools. All parts arrive pre-cut. A comprehensive assembly manual, downloadable blueprint, and video library guide every stage. SolidBuild® support at (800) 590-2508, ext. 1 is available throughout.
What are delivery time and warranty?

We are committed to sending you replacement parts free of charge, within 10 business days of this notification. If the shed is assembled past the 30-day mark, we will most certainly work with you to help you sort it out, but expect a small fee to cover the cost of the replacement part shipping.

All wifi plugs so I can control everything using Alexa or mobile app. I have a dedicated electrical circuit for my minisplit, so have full control over temp. Minisplit works great in here, with one of the smart thermostats, I can control temp from my phone and schedule, so in winter, it turns on about 30 minutes before I need to come in so its not an icebox and summer, it cools down in a few minutes so its never an issue. I have family that comes and stay during the summer and winter and they sleep in here (queen pullout sofa). They love it. One of the best purchase I’ve made in forever. I get so many compliments on it too as opposed to tuffsheds which are not visually appealing."
