We are committed to sending you replacement parts free of charge, within 10 business days of this notification. If the shed is assembled past the 30-day mark, we will most certainly work with you to help you sort it out, but expect a small fee to cover the cost of the replacement part shipping.

Excellent customer service!
The service at Solid Build is excellent! I spoke to Thomas and Igna several times before purchasing. They helped with all my questions about foundation options, delivery timelines, and post-assembly protection. During assembly, I found I was sent an incorrect size screw for the lock assembly and Solid Build quickly sent me an entire new lock assembly. I love this shed! I use it for my home office. Assembly was arduous but straightforward. Took me and my buddy two days to complete. Took another two days for roofing and painting. I love the look inside, having the spruce wood all around (floors, walls, ceiling), feels like a small log cabin in my backyard. The windows and doors give it a high-quality feel too. If you're up for the DIY, then I definitely recommend a Solid Build shed, you'll get the most value for your money.

The final product is amazing
The final product is amazing and I couldn't have built this without the guidance provided by a kit. Some things I wasn't exactly ready for: 1. You have to have a place to put your pieces (walls, flooring, etc) and sort out what's what. Slightly overwhelming at first. 2. Trust yourself if the drawings don't match the instructions. 3. Be prepared to use your tools. 4. Plan painting the shed. 5. Plan your roof. This kit made me look like I know how to build beautiful things.
