Can I add electricity and insulate for year-round use?
Yes. Conduit is surface-mounted along the solid wood walls using clips secured to the T&G surface — no channels or cavities in the walls. The roof can be insulated above the T&G boards under your roofing material, and the floor can be insulated between the joists from below. With a mini-split or panel heater powered via surface conduit, the California functions comfortably year-round in most US climates.
How long does assembly take?
