Three things to know before you buy
- 1The wall opening is yours to cut. Walls are not pre-cut, so you choose the spot — a tape measure and a handsaw do it, and the manual shows how.
- 2Four framed dual-pane panes; tilt or swing. It opens inward from inside and is tall enough to double as an exit.
- 3The handles are a different chrome finish from the door hardware. The store says so up front — worth knowing before it arrives.

In the event of a missing or broken piece, please call the SolidBuild customer support at (800) 590-2508, ext. 1 within 30 days of the delivery of your purchase.
We are committed to sending you replacement parts free of charge, within 10 business days of this notification. If the shed is assembled past the 30-day mark, we will most certainly work with you to help you sort it out, but expect a small fee to cover the cost of the replacement part shipping.

Doesn’t fit side wall of Bristhol
“This is pictured on the side of a Bristhol shed. It is too tall for that position.We followed the directions supplied and notched the bottom side wall board and the top wall board. We found the window doesn’t fit on the Bristhol side wall when we set our final wall board in position and the top of the window trim boards were higher than the wall by about an inch.”
