It's structurally self-supporting, so there's no exposed framing and no drywall needed. Yes — assembly takes 8–20 hours with two adults and a power drill plus basic hand tools. All boards arrive pre-cut. Can I customize or expand the Myrtle?
Absolutely. Paint or stain the exterior in any color; whitewash, stain, or seal the interior. Optional accessories include an extended veranda deck, add-on double window, flower boxes, and window shutters. The solid wood walls accept electrical surface conduit for power, and the roof and floor can be insulated for more comfortable use across seasons.
What is the delivery time and warranty?
The Myrtle is in stock with free shipping to the contiguous US, expected within 3 weeks. A 1-year limited warranty covers manufacturing and workmanship defects. Missing or broken parts are replaced free within 10 business days when reported within 30 days of delivery. Klarna financing is available at checkout. Every purchase plants 25 trees via the Cauvery Calling reforestation movement.

All wifi plugs so I can control everything using Alexa or mobile app. I have a dedicated electrical circuit for my minisplit, so have full control over temp. Minisplit works great in here, with one of the smart thermostats, I can control temp from my phone and schedule, so in winter, it turns on about 30 minutes before I need to come in so its not an icebox and summer, it cools down in a few minutes so its never an issue. I have family that comes and stay during the summer and winter and they sleep in here (queen pullout sofa). They love it. One of the best purchase I’ve made in forever.
